The Third Annual Discover Southside Bridal Issue

Welcome to the Third Annual Discover Southside Bridal Issue.

This year we have articles where you will meet some soon-to-be newlyweds, what's hot and what's not in wedding trends, wedding lore from the past and, a current hot topic, Eco-weddings. For a look at life after marriage, one of our favorite writers, Gert Slabach, speaks with candor about being a not-so-newlywed.

We hope you enjoy the bridal feature articles, and if you or yours, have a wedding in your future, be sure to stop by the Wedding and Bridal Services Marketplace.

Each year, the Bridal Edition Marketplace continues to grow.

From just 24 vendors our first year, to over 100 listings in the directory for 2011 it keeps getting bigger and better. We have the largest listing of bridal services in Southside, Virginia.

For all our efforts to bring you the best in bridal articles and services in Southern and Southside Virginia, we have not neglected our regular readers.

This issue still includes feature articles of general interest, along with our usual monthly columns, press releases and of course, our huge list of Festivals and Events which proves there is always something to do in Southside Virginia.

Thank you for reading and as always, when you patronize some of the great businesses, whose display ads support our work, be sure to tell them you saw it on Discover Southside.
