Benefit for the South Hill Dixie Youth League to help bring the World Series to South Hill in July 2011 (LaCrosse Caboose) Route will be along the Heritage Tobacco Trail. Clarksville�s Autumn Festival For The Whole Family Come and celebrate the fall season the first weekend in October at the Annual Harvest Days Festival! On Saturday, vendors line the sidewalks of Virginia Avenue with seasonal crafts, specialty items, antiques, collectibles and antiquities (items of an era) from 9 am to 5 pm. Great food, live music, and fun for the whole family! Children will discover pumpkins to decorate, interactive exhibits, entertainment and games to keep them smiling and happy during this fall event. Clarksville Hydroplane Challenge -
This power boat race will draw competitors from all over the US and Canada. 100+ boats racing in more than 11 classes. The race course will be located �between the bridges� leading into Clarksville with spectators being located on the Business 58 bridge which will be closed to traffic. This provides a spectacular view of the entire race course. Food and memorbilia vendors and port-a-johns will be on site.
